no. DS dies if he tries to engage h2h.

I know its by no means canon, but in Ultimate Access DS simply dismissed Juggs by teleporting him away.

He'd do the same thing here. Juggernaut isn't Superman and thus Darkseid won't feel the urge to engage him in h/h needlessly.
