Doctor Octopus vs World War Hulk

Doc Ock has his true adamantium tentacles.

1) Fight starts with Hulk not aware that Ock has adamantium (and Ock doesn't tell him).

2) Fight starts at the point shown in the old Spider-Man story, where Ock already has Hulk held by the tentacles and without leverage. Can WWH do any better than the beating into unconsciousness that the old Hulk received?

3) Hulk is aware that Ock has adamantium right at the start of the fight.

Adamantium or not they arent strong enough to restrain a class 100+ beast. Hurt him, yes. Resist his attacks, yes. But not restrain.

But I guess the point in that story was that he didn't really have the leverage to properly apply his strength. And also this is true adamantium which hasn't been broken.

Hulk would accidently kill Doc Oc.

Hulk everytime.

Why?

Hulk could still smash Ock's body. (adamantium tents or not)

Hulk could slam Ock using his own tentacles.

Hulk could pull Ock closer to him using the tentalces for a hellacious beating at will (No way Ock wins any tug of wars with Hulk)

There is nothing Ock could do to effective take Hulk down with the tentacles.

Thunderclaps anyone?

To me Ocks tentacles are more of a liability vs Hulk.

you forget that ock is incredibly fast and agile. so much so that he tags spiderman more consistently than any other of his rogue's gallery. i dont see why ock would lose other than the fact that this is the most insane version of hulk evar

LOL Normally when a stronger characer gets beaten by a weaker character the stronger simply gets the benefit of the doubt in case he was holding back. But with Hulk it's GOTTA be an actual on-panel statement so fanboys wouldnt complain.
