they are american citizens with the same rights as you or me for the most part.

i like to see a company blatantly refuse to employ them and tell them why.. like to see the lawsuits.

Err... if you're a felon though.. you aren't qualified for some jobs because of said felony. For example if someone went to prison for child abuse... I'm pretty sure they won't be allowed to work in a day care. And if that person pushed a lawsuit they'd probably be wasting their time.

What is the correlation between a day without said person and a year without rain? It would be like a day without catching a cold?

Well I am now a "convicted misdemeanor"... Hopefully on the court, they drop the charges so I can continue to work as a nurse and hopefully my public defender knows how to defend my case
