Last I saw he was fired into Space by Hulk's kid, but that was PIS IMO

Before that he was leathering WWH. What's happened since?

It's ok that Skaar bfr'd him. Not like he hurt him a single time during that fight. And Juggs only weighs 1000 lbs.

What happened since then? In very short, he became the host of the enigma force very briefly to repair some great structural damage underground that he caused. So yeah he was Captain Universe for a short while.

Twas a good deed and thus his power was chopped down greatly after it.

He did that against his dad, not Juggs.

Juggs just was falling towards the ground, and Skaar hit him with an Old Force punch before he touched the ground.
