Steadily poisoning the biosphere w. microscopic spores that draw all moisture/nutrients from living organisms, leaving dried out husks he can then use as seed pods. The more intimate the contact w. him, say in a fight, the quicker the infection and desiccation.
PESTILENCE
(formerly Infectious Lass)
The simplest of upgrades in this case; infectious Lass’ power is already near-perfect. All that was required was a broadening of scope, letting her affect whole swaths of population rather than just individuals.
WAR
(formerly Fire Lad)
Another simple but effective upgrade. Can now cause city wide Nagasaki-level destruction w. every breath. The flames he generates have the Greek fire-like quality of being inextinguishable.
