hmm....umm

well here goes:

SS armor affords him added protection.

SS has gone and faced Spidey,wolverine possessed Spiderwoman and held his own and once in a while gotten the upper hand.

iirc he has also faced DD and DD was having trouble with SS..

SS also has and uses a mystic sword of one of the greatest mythic warrior and blacksmith which houses the aggression and skills of said warrior.

SS sword would cut Rose's swords in half with the tachyeon energy aura and the mystic sword. her swords cant stand up to that.

Silver Samurai's armor got run through by Elektra's sai's theres no added protection there.
So him fighting Spidey is something I'm supposed to take seriously, I'm sure any time a regular human with no superhuman stats or feats to his name gets the upper hand on Spidey it has to be taken seriously.

Daredevil never fought the Silver Samurai he fought the American Samurai in Elektra's ongoing who IIRC was made pretty clear that he was a superhuman that got stronger with every kill he made.

Rose's precog and superior Speed and Strength would be too much for Silver Samurai.
