H2H, Bourne, easily.
Hand Guns (speed and accuracy): Rambo, easily.
Automatics: Rambo, easily.
Sniping: Dang...I give it to Bourne, slightly.
Durability: I'd like to see some arguments on this one but I will give it to Rambo.
Pure killing ability: Definitely Rambo.
Badassery factor: hands down, easily Rambo. he LOOKS like an ultimate solider should look.
1. Bourne.
2. Rambo.
3. Rambo, but he may take a hit in the process.
4. Bourne. Bourne is more of an assassin than a battlefield beast.

Nah

Durability - in that same scene he falls from at least five stories and survives, recovering within seconds. And a lot of other feats I cbs naming...

4. Who was the more efficient killer?
1) Bourne, obvious.
2) Bourne, he held off a guy with a knife who was faster and more agile than Rambo with a pen.
3) Bourne. Rambo is generally a spray at guys(who have ridiculously shit aim) while making a stupid face, Bourne showed to be a more capable marksman.
4) Hard to say. If we just count bodies, Rambo, he's got more films and a few of his films are based on having a scene where morons just charge in for the slaughter. Bourne restrains from killing, though he's shown to be able to take out guys in a non-lethal fashion with extreme proficiency and quickness.
-Durability, I'd edge it to Bourne, but not by much. 1st film he took several shots to the back, fell into the ocean for some time and not only survived, but was ready to rip out throats the second he gained concious. 3rd film, was shot again and fell several stories into the water, only to swin away across the canal. That car crash in part 2(?) was pretty severe too, which he walked/limped away from.
