Carol is just as strong now as she's ever been. Unfortunately, that won't make up for the ridiculous speed/strength gap she's up against in this thread. She doesn't take a single win.
Even if Kara does something stupid like laser vision and Carol amps a bit, she won't have the energy reserves to do enough damage to put her down. If there's anything we've seen in the last twenty years with Carol, it's that she basically gets one good 100 class shot and then she's back to basics, even after absorbing energy from exploding nuclear warheads and such. =/
