Nah. Mutant Zero decapitated him in the initiative and he just picked his head up and kept fighting like it was nothing. His damage soak is too great.

shield bash would bypass his magic protection and ko him..

Nah Cap could'nt tag Extremis Ironman yet Bloodscream got a hold of him.

And if Bloodscream did to Cap what he did to Ironman, Cap dies....maybe.

I'm not sure the overall context, they aren't my scans originally and it has been too long since I read that Cap run. I do recall he was on a hallucinogen at some point when Jae Lee was on art, when he and Thor were fighting that Native Thunder God avatar... is that when this happened?
