Iceman and Human Torch can both touch people in their powered forms without harming or even causing discomfort to them at all.

Iceman Maybe ppl can deal with the cold for a bit but how long until they get frostbite.

that's right, hes carried people several times while on fire. his control over heat is absolute, he keeps it from transfering to their bodies, they dont even feelt the temperature change.
