Sunfire all the way! His "fire" isn't really fire but radiation/plasma like the sun. So it functions without the need for oxygen and can burn under water. He's also surrounded by a sort of "energy force field" strong enough to protect him from energy blasts like Cyclop's optic blasts.

He can also lift about 1 ton and is an expert in karate/judo. Paibok gets crushed every single time.

his physicality wouldnt put him above an average kree or skrull..

althought, it is impressive for a human species.

still like to hear other members on this one... not that i doubt you but just to learn more about both of them.
