Staten Island Computer House calls

I am having consistent problems with my computer and I don't know what to do. I don’t know if it’s a virus. Can I start my computer over and install windows again? I called a few people and they told me to bring it in to them, are they crazy?? I don’t know how to do this stuff!!! Are there any computer people who make house calls?? I want to make it faster too, is that hard? Someone please help!

if that doesn't work, again you apply the most obvious solution: You kick it harder

And finally if that doesn't work, just shut it down, ignore it 4 a while and the next day it'll work perfectly... 😄

Well, you CAN install all, all over again, if you have the patience and a working copy of Windows that works from a fresh install.

But... we would really need to better know what is wrong. Computers have little problems all the time.
