I am not overly familiar with AE, but he better be damn impressive if he's going to beat The Shield.

I don't know if he's beaten him, but he did go up against War Machine.

^ The Shield owned Grodd as though he was nothing... And he also appeared to be on equal footing with Magog in their brief encounter.
