And, you committed a logical fallacy: the manga (From the OP) being made is not a shonen manga but children's manga. Even if the target is a huge age span of 6-18, it is still not in the category of "shonen", it is still "children's", which is what we've been talking about the entire damn time. Regardless, it will not span up o 18 years old and, at best, will target children up to 10 years old. Can you find one single example of a childen's manga that targets an age over 10?
Do not confuse the general word "children" with the category of "children" for target demographics in manga and anime.

No, that is "Kodomo", and I was aware of it; stuff like Doraemon targeted to extremely young kids (which is what I meant earlier with me "short of teletubbies"😉 phrase. This article does not specify that it is Kodomo, but just that it is for children; in english, that is a generic phrase refering to a young person, ie, what would also be called "shonen" in Japan.
It should be mentioned that the translators at mangastream don't seem to think there's anything questionable about these releases.

I'm not sure if you've actually attempted a rebuttal of any sort of substance. You do not contradict me in your post, at all.
But, I'm tired of this conversation. I'll go on continuing to think that a "children's" version of DB and Rock Lee will be too childish for me, and you goes go on thinking that it will be shonen. Peace.
