I have a respect thread full of them, here are some for your viewing pleasure.
Robin Grayson is spying on Bane and is two railroad cars behind him. In an instance as they enter the subway, Bane moves faster than Robin can track and Bane captures him from behind.
Bane throws an ax before a guard can shoot with deadly accuracy.
Bane breaks free of handcuffs and kos an officer after the officer pull his gun, but faster than the officer can fire.
Fast enough to dodge, block, and counter attack multiple strikes by Nightwing.

Bane is pretty damn strong without the venom. He's ripping limbs off like it was nothing. He has good durability as well. Devices meant to kill metas doesn't kill Bane, surviving explosions, etc... I'd give it to Bane with or without venom.

The same is true for Kingpin though. When Quesada was on DD art duties, Kingpin ripped off a guys arm while causally shaking his hand. He also ate half a dozen bullets to the chest before falling off a bridge, and he was fine.
