Non-bloodlusted, Omega's chances are a little better, as Barbara has the habit (flaw) of "playing with her food", which he can use to his advantage. If she's out for the kill, however, then Cheetah gets a solid majority bordering on stomp, as she is much stronger than many realize, and is nearly as fast as the Flash in terms of combat speed/blitzing.

I agree with Tide, my money's on Cheetah. She has strength, speed, and HF to resist the spores.

Yes. It's not really an external upgrade, it's "he helped her figure out how to unlock more of her own power." So it's not just going to go away.
