TX can generate ammo and creat different weapons with her arm.

It needs to be but can't take the level of punishment from the Pred's weapons so it's a moot point. Predator won't stand there like the T-x has been shown to.

guessing you forgot how fast TX can run to. plus as said above she can scan Predator and see what he is capable of and use the right weaponary on him.

Plasma cannons are acidic light. Very powerful. she ain't tanking that, she'll dodge it.
It's guessing really. But the predators camo won't work on her. And the Predator always makes that gurggling sound.
And this is a forum fight both combatants are aware of the others existence.

What about cars, or walls etc?
I say it takes a chunk of concentrated mercury and the cyborg shell falls back....after that she won't fall for it again.

You haven't explained why this is so unfair for the predator though which is debating.
TX took a beaten from a damn missil launcher and got her ass back up in a sec. Predators head would be knocked off from a missil.
