John Constantine vs Bartleby and Loki

John is supposed to vanquish all who oppose God right? Well Bartleby and Loki are doing just that.

The fight takes place in the street in downtown Chicago. John has access to all the weapons he's able to handle without immobilizing himself. While Bartleby and Loki get their wings, the guns, and their powers. God is not on their side. Obviously. Can John take them out?

I think he could, as long as the holy shot-gun works on them.
