Ghost Rider vs Freddie

Alright Johnny hears about the Freddie's killing spree and comes to Elm street to but an end to his killing who wins?

An odd match-up. I the real world, Freddy doesn't have a chance, even human Nick Cage could probably kick his little burnt ass.

In the dream world, Freddy is master, but GR is a demon from hell.

All in all, I'd say the Penance Stare wins/works in the dream world due to it being supernatural.

since we never see Ghost Rider dream how exactly can Freddy attack his dreams

The Spirit of Vengeance emerges in Johnny's sleep and sends Freddy to Hell and personally tears his soul apart until there is nothing left but a dormant memory of crap.
