SS has tanked the star that powered praxagora exploding at point blank with his force fields. He can drop them inside poccys body through hyperspace as he has done before or mold them to crush, pierce or cut poccy with even more versatility than poccy's shapeshifting allows. It was also shown that Apocalypse couldn't break through IW's forcefield in the onslaught saga.
SS can absorb infinite amounts of heat and has assimilated and then released a star worth of energy to destroy a planet killing ship that was about as big as the planet. He also has anti-matter blasts with which he has blown mountains away and can go nova.
Blunt trauma is essentially futile against him as he has the kinetic energy absorbing properties of RR's maleabilty and the thing's durability. He can stretch kilometers long and punch with class 100+ strengh and he can make himself into thin wires as durable as the thing that he has used to slice and dice his enemies, and or make them incandescent and starhot.
And unlike apocalypse he actually has a mindrape power in the form of his hypnotic vision.

Too bad that Superskrull doesn't fights like that; hence the reason the FF are still alive and well today. Also, Apocalypse was able to one-shot Invisible Woman's shields in the Onslaught arc. Hell, Onslaught was too scared to even confront the dude even though he was this close to foiling all of his plans. Basically, Cable saved Onslaught from Apocalypse. Dayyuuum.
edit: Ms Marvel took on a shit-ton of Superskrulls on her own during the Skrull Invasion arc. Some of which (like the one who could adapt on the fly) would destroy K'lrt without any effort.

Every single feat I mentioned for the SS happened on panel and recently. He does gihht like that and Apocalypse is much worse at using his powers than SS by the way. Much, much worse.

Onslaught was scared of apocalypse? Are you drunk? Poccy was a microbe compared to him and knew it, he even tells the watcher "he is the strongest". Apocalypse had to resort to that sneak attack as an atempt to cripple OS power because he knew he couldnt take him straight on. And he needed Cable to go after him through the astral plane and IW, whom cable hid from poccy since he isn't a telepath, stopped him when he went for the boy.
pffft Klrt showed how superior he was to the rest of the Super Skrulls when he went through scores of them to save nova twice when the invasion began. The invading super skrulls were fodder and they worshipped Klrt
