They weren't unkillable. They were immortal only because there was no death in their universe. Once Thanos arrived, being an avatar of Death, he basically revived Death in that reality.

No, he didn't revive death he was the only one capable of this besides death herself. No one else was capable until Thanos laid the smack down.

Superman 1 Million certainly can get a majority.

Superboy Prime certainly can get a majority.

Pre-Crisis Superman certainly can get a majority.

Hank Henshaw w/ rings may be able to get a majority.

Tangent cannot.

Normal Superman cannot.

All Star Superman probably cannot either, though with prep probably could.
