Thanos has healed someone when he was on the Kyln. it was instantaneous. The wounds didnt seem all that grievous and though.
However we dont know how healing and regenration taxes his own system.
A severe fight with WWH may take more effort for him to heal than a superficial slash from wolvie.
He may get up to 6. Definitely, not past 7

If Thanos doesn't get talked down by some of Aunt May's homespun wisdom (and that's a big if) he stops at 7, but it would be a good fight.
Most of the guys beyond that would comfortably win or destroy Thanos. However Darkseid I'm not sure about these days with the way he is written, and CW Hercules may be just too plain stupid and inexperienced to win despite his superior power. SG and a lesser powered Galactus have already done it.
If they dont job and unload their best stuff, then Thanos aint beating Thor and Surfer...
Thor can handle any amount of energy Thanos hurls at them and shove in right back up Thanos's anal crack with an additional dose of Anti-Force for added effect...
Both of them has what it takes to avoid H2H with him (via their flight abilities) provided that they dont fight dumb and job...
Both can rain down punishment on him from safety; other than hide behind shields, what can Thanos do against a flying Thor raining down magical lightning on him? Not a dam thing...
Again, he aint beating Thor and Surfer together...
