Of all time? George Carlin.

Don Rickles when he rips on the crowd is also funny, if you like old-school un-PC comics.

Doug Stanhope is also a blast, but he can be hit-miss.

Yeah as of this moment I'd say Michael Mcintyre is by far the best. I remember seeing him on The Apprentice: You're Fired show as well when he was still pretty much a no-name comic and I thought he was really funny then as well.
