The only difference is the packaging

Have it on VHS, don't like it enough to upgrade. Currently waiting for Alice in Wonderland to come out.

I never owned a copy i might pick it up

I use to own the VS and the DVD but my sister borrowed both and I had not seen it for awhile now!
