The only time wally EVER went faster than instantaneous was during a MAJOR amp. I think he took speed from everyone on the planet or city (can't remember) and that speed steal also came from superhumans.

The only reason he beat instantaneous travel was by entering 'trans-time velocity' -- this allowed him to literally exit all space/time, and reenter at the point of his choosing.

Yes... that's the time that I am talking about. When he was racing krakkl and beat his instataneous teleportation by speed stealing.
