This is perhaps a bit better a match, though I'm not sure which way I'd go, though Forerunner *seems* to have the necessary speed/durability. Not sure how much of her speed/reflex is a product of "speed", proper, and how much is time-based, per suggested narrative. I'll say a split for the moment, reserving the right to change that when I've had more time to think about it...
