Definitely not; in the OP I specifically asked everyone NOT to bring up Thanos as I didnt even want Quan to come in here as I knew his presence would start up the stale and tired Odin vs Thanos argument.

Most powerful? Every single time? Id want to say someone like a mid herald level or lower... Like say firelord.. Or nova...

While i think odin pulls the majority against thanos or silver surfer especially since gungir is allowed... You ask for a clear 100% victory and personally i can see high heralds being able to find a win... Maybe its only 1/100 but its still there...

Quasar... Ill say also can lose since his shields probably wouldnt hold up to an assault from odin.
