Hush vs Deadshot

Scenario 1: Both opponents are behind billboards 30 yards apart in Gotham armed with their usual weaponry.

Scenario 2: Both opponents are 4 blocks apart armed with their better weaponry.

Scenario 3: Melee, takes place in Steel City with swords and maces scattered all over.

Morals apply.

deadshot all three easily.

What morals?

Seriously, neither cares if the other dies to my knowledge. Deadshot only holds back against good people.

3 is the only one I'm not sure of, and only because I simply haven't seen either in hand to hand. 1 or 2 is Deadshot easily.
