Miss Martian has shown that she can give Kara fits, but she'll ultimately lose in the end.

Meggan should win, barring CIS. With the way she's portrayed in comics I'd say she would likely win CIS on as well.

Well, if we don't count her not using telepathy, she used all of her powers against Kara. Intangibility, shape-shifting, strength, martian vision, etc. She has everything Kara has and more.

She won't ever lose in a straight up forum fight because of, you know, telepathy.

They were pretty much even last time, I'd say it's a mixed result, plenty of wins for both either way.
