See, the thing with SF is, it's very martial arts heavy. With BILLIONS of souls ampin' his power, Bison should be able to tk a mountain outta the ground and slam it on folks.
Still, all in all, we aint ever seen what these dudes are like at full power, so I still say it's a draw.
