Wright only real weakness for this fight is that he can be KOed. The heart issue will not be found out as the terminator from the first movie did not display any scanning capabilities and lacked strength feats as well as durability feats. Yeah it got blown in half by a pipe bomb and was still functional. Wright stepped on a magnetic land mine designed to take out terminators and suffered only aesthetic damage. Wright also got tossed off of the ship and slammed onto the deck by a harvester, and when tossed was skipping across the water like a stone from at least 100 feat up and once again suffered no damage. And the same terminator that hit his heart with enough force to stop it was also strong enough to one hand the T-600 in half and shove the huge door off of the cryostorage lab at least 5 feat from standing position. The same terminator also tanked grenade launcher shots as well as molten metal heat that even the terminator from Terminator 2 could not survive and break out, Wright also survived this heat. The terminator from the first movie got damaged by being ran over by a truck as you state but also suffer a high loss in mobility and could barely get through the aluminum door to the factors. The terminates are on completely different levels. Wright wins this and tosses the T-800 around like he did in Salvation but this time it isn't strong nor durable enough to stop him.

The terminator never had scan feats in t1? you're wrong. How else did he know how to start, cars, motorcycles and semis? He looked at it scanned it,examind it and learned how to drive it. so yes He could scan marcuses heart. one hit marcus is dead.

The T-800 from terminator salvation was different from the first one. the T-800 in terminator salvation was a prototype, also an upgrade version of the first one. the T-800 from the first movie was a regular T-800.No I wouldnt say that door was alluminum. It was steel just not as strong as the elevator door the prototype T-800 punched off like a pillow. Still the T-800 punching a hole in that steel door in the factory in t1 would take alot of strength. Marcus was chained up and couldnt break out. I seriously dont see any T-800 getting trapped in chains. The T-800 was hydrolics, marcus was shown to have no hydrolics and he was an infiltration unit, not made to fight terminators. so if he went against a T-800 from the first movie. I think the same thing would happen to him that happened in the movie already One hit to that heart. Marcus is dead.

I truely dont consider marcus a real terminator. just a human in my book. barnes hit him in the face with a shotgun and knocked him out. when the T-800 in the police station in T1 Walked through bullets like it was air. like he didnt feel anything. Marcus is no where near the class of a T-800. if he went up against a T-800 He would get murdered! quicket than reese did. Yes Marcuses strength did confuse me throughout the film. he was strong enough to throw the T-800 around like it was a toy,but then again when he ripped the T-800's head off. he used a steel bar and struggled at ripping its head off. I seriously think the first T-800 which was the weakest version of the T-800 would murder marcus! yes I do have to say all terminators had scanning abilities. remember in t1 The T-800 at the beginning of the film punched one of those three thugs in the stomach and ripped his heart out and killed him instantly. Marcus get murdered! Just like he did in salvation. Just my point of view.

I agree, totally. You won the threads. NO one can contend with your reasoning and consider themselves Wright*.

*yup *takes a drink all cool like*

The one hit to the heart which you specify is needed wouldn't be enough. As you have admitted the Terminator from salvation is simply a superior model. The terminator from the first film doesn't have the strength feats to be able to do to Wright what the T-RIP did. Soaking up bullets is meaningless in this debate as they would have no effect on either combatant. Marcus on his way out of the complex was hit with .50 calibre bullets from the turrets(spelling) which had no effect beyond the usual cosmetic damage, which is bigger than anything the terminator from the first film was hit with as well as the landline. This leads me to believe that Marcus actually has more durability between the two. As for the hydraulics argument it has no bearing on this match. The T-X was not run on hydraulics yet we can see it manhandling the T-850. The chains that Wright were put in were built to contain terminators, most likely T-600s which were massive and even while separated at the waste there used Conner like a rag doll. The apparatus that he was held in was also magnetic if I remember which also played a part in keeping him there. All signs point to Wright winning this match.

Arnold wins this definitively.

T-800 wins....then travels back to stop the bumping of this thread in alternate realities..

Ok I see some points where you are getting at. Marcus really showed no strength durability in the film. really him throwing the T-RIP like a rag doll proves nothing to me. The reason the terminators in salvation had stronger armor than ones seen in earlier films was because of the timeline. as years went by they upgraded the terminators armor. like in t2 the T-800 was a series 800 Model 101 verion 2.4 I believe it was a little upgraded from the first one as well. anywho Marcus really never showed any feats the first terminator showed. Making chains for terminators is hard to believe. chains are chains. a T-800 having hydrolics can be argued as far as his stregnth goes. As I said. Reese seem'd to of been more experienced and put up more of a good fight with terminators than marcus ever could. Marcus survived a 50 calaber I Get that, but you gotta remember the T-800 in t1 survived a huge explosion in that tanker truck while chasing reese and connor and the T-800 came out with no damage. marcus feels pain and I do believe he would of died do to his heart. it would of been burned to ashes to dust no doubt. When Marcus lost to the prototype T-800 the fight didn't last long. the T-800 being a T-800 twice the size of the first one I dont believe had anything to do with it. Marcus knew what he was up against. He was faster than the T-800 and still lost within minutes of the fight. the point of that is. Marcus has no experience in fighting terminators, hes also to human,he thinks more with his brain than his cpu. any version of Arnold Terminator will Murder Him! you're titled to your opinions and the feats you've listed, but like i said marcus wasnt built for fighting terminators. thats simple why hes the weakest terminator in my book. Marcus has no chance at any terminator

T-800,T-850,T-888,T-1000,T-1001,T-X Would all destroy.

The only Terminators that were created to specifically combat other terminators to my knowledge were the T-X. The T-850 and other models had the ability to combat others but wasn't specifically built for that purpose. The pain issue with Marcus I believe became less of an issue after he discovered that he himself wasn't human. The pistols shots at first hurt him when he was chained up but later had no effect, this can also be seen when he stuck his hand out to see if they could see him and they fired a shot and directly hit his hand with the turret and he showed no signs of pain or discomfort, the same when he was tossed into the crate of molten steel and it fell on his hand. That actually in my opinion gave him more heat resistance than the T-800s from the first and second film. The landline at point blank range also gives him decent explosion resistance. I actually think that both of these warrant him being able to survive the explosion in the truck cab provided it doesn't immediately flash fry his front torso, seeing as it didn't to the T-800; it took time fore it to burn through its clothes and skin, as well as the fact that Wrights heart is not not easy to target by itself as it is up behind the torso armor. The T-800 from the first film didn't have many strength feats to make me belief that it could overpower marcus. Its biggest feat was ramming through the door and even that took time. I wouldn't give one the definitive edge over the other in any sort of strength contest.I concede he lost to the T-RIP in a quick fashion it was only after he was struck in the heart. While I will give the win to any terminator higher than the T-800 it will be a fight bar the T-X. The T-800 simply did not impress as opposed to other models that displayed very high strength or durability. Wright doesn't have the fighting skills of Reese but in this situation he does't need it, he has the stats to make up for it. In short I don't see the T-800 having the strength to finish Marcus, while Marcus has the superior durability and tactics.

Ok so you're saying marcus would only stand no chance against a T-X so you're telling marcus can beat a T-1000? You're joking with me right? the T-X was a straight downgrade version of the T-1000. No the T-800 always carried machine guns at all times. Marcus never did. even If Marcus did he would never get his hands on a decent fire arm to put a T-800 down. No I disagree with the explosion part. If marcus was in that truck and it blew up. Fire would instantly get to his heart and he would die just as fast as any human would. As far as Marcuses hand surviving extreme heat of Moltein steel that was only because his hand wasnt in it long enough plus he felt pain. If He was thrown into a lake of it like the T-800 & T-1000 were. Marcus wouldnt of stood a chance. He would of died way faster than the T-1000 did. what i'm saying is if he was in Hot Liquid Steel long enough he would melt. the T-800 took way more damage in t1 than marcus would ever go through. If marcus got shot in the eye like the T-800 did its most likely he would go blind Or even die.The bullet would probably go to his brain and kill him. I highly doubt he has a red eye considering hes a human. John connor pointed a gun at Marcus while he was in water and Marcus said " THAT GUN AINT GONNA STOP SHIT" Connor replied "Nobody Shot you in the Heart and I see that Thing beating a mile a minute" that tells you if connor wanted too he could of killed wright. Marcus has no skills, feats,or anything that are God like enough to become anywhere near a T-800's from t1. yes it took the T-800 multiple hits to get through that Huge metal door, but regardless of how many hits he still managed to Get a hole in it to stick his arms in there and unlock the door. When the T-800 scanned Marcuses Body he just stood there in pain. Plus he was screaming While the T-800 was smashing him with a cinder block multiple times. regardless of what marcus knows of himself he feels pain. terminators dont. yes the T-800 in all movies,T1 T-800,T2 T-800,T3 T-850 all had scanning abilities it was proven in films multiple times when he starts cars, trucks, motorcycles and helicopters. He scans it learns how to operate it and he runs it. yes I believe the same thing would happen to marcus if he went against even the regular T-800 from TERMINATOR 1.T-800 does what the T-800 already did.

Scans Marcuses Body, finds that heart,One Punch or Shot and Marcus is " Terminated"

Arnold win this battle

T-800 is harder for me, and in hand to hand fight against marcus he definitely wins
