I assume this isn't a gauntlet? ok-

1. Shocker- Dick wins easy. shocker has always been kind of D-list.
2. Mysterio- Dick might have some problems if mysterio has prep.
3. Hammerhead- Dick wins easily
4. Vulture- Dick wins easily
5. Lizard- Dick dies Horribly
6. Sabretooth- Dick dies Horribly
7. Crossbones- Dick loses more often than not, but not as badly as he does vs. sabretooth
8. Domino- No idea. Domino manipulates probability, so who knows what happens here.
9. Silver Samurai- Dick dies Horribly
10. Hobgoblin- which one are we using? Some were worse than others, but Dick is probably screwed here.

Dick has a shot against anyone, but Lizard, Sabertooth and Hobgoblin. In theses fights, he has 0 chance to win.
