He was shown to shoot plasma bolts from his hands, cast fire atttacks, levitation attacks, but they all took far too long to conjure. HP spells are cast way faster. If a plasma bolt were to hit Harry, it'd **** his shit up, no doubt, but I just can't see Balthazar getting one off before Harry attacks. One petrificus totalus and Balthazar's done.
