Venom 8/10. Taking away Batman's sonic weapons really handicaps him. I agree with srankmissingnin about the electrical based weaponry. But they'll need to think and work very fast before they are overpowered and need to escape.

Weaknesses is irrelevant to these particular fights. Spider-man and Venom have no inherent weaknesses other than fire and sonics for the latter which is not part of this fight.

As for strength, yes Venom is stronger, but not in far excess of Spider-mans. Like I said, if Spider-man loses to one MA, four times that can surely take Venom.

The thing is, while hits/kicks and pressure points effect Spider-man, Venom at his best simply wont notice them. Not from peak humans that is.

Well, theoretically, Spider-man shouldn't notice them either, I mean check out his durability feats, he can take most things Venom can, let alone a peak human strike. At that level of durability, no pressure point or whatever should affect him in the slightest. Yet he loses to MA's anyway.

I agree if we're talking some serious CIS like with Cap. Most of Spider-man's showings against MA fighters are decent. Plus he usually pimpslaps them without much efforts when pissed so there. 😮‍💨

Venom's almost murdered Electro, electricity doesnt seem to bother him much.

Then I feel sorry for them.

Batman and Nightwing grabs a couple of pots and pans and its all over.

The sound of Robins buttplug pushed in and pulled out by Batman could also be considered noise.
