I say thee nay! Odin can just assault him spiritually (and leave his body invisible and intangible in the meantime) and destroy him utterly; Supes 1 million has no defense to this...

BRB, Thunderstrike and Thorgirl wouldn't be much help. Also isn't the destoyer armor somewhat limiting in this instance, in terms of mobility?

He has greater resistance to magic than Clark. So what? Odin possesses more than enough raw divine/mystic raw power. He doesn't chant and cast spells to achieve his goals. It should be noted though, Odin's considered to be a greater sorcerer than Loki, or Karnilla.
