Superman vs Batman (with Help)

Batman (with 1 lb of Kryptonite) + Robin (with 1 lb of Kryptonite) + Captain America (with 1 lb of Kryptonite) + Spiderman (with 1 lb of Kryptonite) + Quicksilver (with 1 lb of Kryptonite)

vs

Superman

Fight takes place in Gotham City and characters start 200 feet apart.

Also assuming Superman does not want to completely destroy Gotham.

They don't need Kryptonite.

only Robin needs the kryptonite

From 200 feet, Superman could
1. heat vision them
2. Freeze breath them.
3. Sucks all the air by creating a vacuum.
4. Rip them apart with a sonic boom.
5. Punch the ground, and buries them.
6. Picks up a building, them drops it on them.
7. Flies to Fortress, put on a lead suit, and snaps there necks.

I mean Superman has so many ways of killing them, he only loses if PIS, CIS rears there ugly heads.

So knowing Batman, and Captain America are PIS, CIS incarnate then he loses.
