she worked out to fight champion an increased her mass but she no longer looks as she did with the added muscle.. one can easily infer her strength is no longer as it was with upgrade with how the opponents she has recently fought.

iirc he was under mind control and it was more then a one shot

I figured that was the scene. As you can see beside sucker punching him it wasn't a one shot and as I recall, Thor was completely fine in the next panel. Something happened to break teh control. I don't remember the exact plot.

King Castle had to explain to you who Jupiter suit Jen was a couple of days ago forgive me if I don't believe you have enough knowledge on this amp version of Jen to claim Thor One-shots her.
