That's right, a GT villain fights the whole Naruto verse!

They fight next to the poisoned pond and they stay there for half an hour before the fight breaks out. Who takes it!!?

Poisoned pond? IIRC Two Star Dragon is very weak compared to his friends. If The entire Naruto cast quickly finished him, maybe they'll had a chance.

all dragons can at least beat pan who easily beat android 20, whos around friezas level. narutoverse gets one shotted with one single blast.

And I don't think Android 20 was Frieza's level (Piccolo was far superior to 20, but weaker than Frieza or a super saiyan).

As normal for this kind of thing, I say: Time-space jutsu. Pretty good chance of being able to warp him away.

Hay's ability was to weaken his opponents with poison, that by itself was powerful enough to keep Goku from morphing into SSJ4.

Vegeta had been badly drained by 19. And I don't think Piccolo had done anything to place him at SSJ level at that point.

He needed a huge boost, merged with Kami, to be on the same level as 17/18, and as we saw from the fight with SSJ Vegeta, a SSJ was behind those two but not by a ton. If Piccolo had been around SSJ level before, then a boost as big as a fusion would've given him a much better advantage against 17.

he beat dr gero who can only be taken out by someone on ssj level. and krillin STATED he was on ssj level.

I don't think that's the case. 19 and 20 proved to be no match at all for a healthy SSJ. Krillian compared him to a SSJ but I don't think he was talking about him really being equal, just closer than most.

17 also had no problem at all stopping the Z fighters, including Piccolo, from interfering in the Vegeta vs 18 fight.

Fusions almost always provide big boosts, and although Kami's conventional power wasn't huge, there was the whole "become whole" thing.
