Curry

Curry is such a generic word for tons and tons of different spiced dishes. It's like...too ambiguous.

It's even more broad than saying "do you want to eat some Mexican food, tonight"? Because curry dishes come from many different countries.

We can't even say, "do you like dishes that use the curry spice?" Because there's no such thing as one particular type of curry spices: it varies immensely.

That said, many different types of curry chicken and duck are good, I think. I like my food spicy, but not too hot. The way I eat some dishes would be too hot for most people, but not hot enough for some. I'd put myself into the "hot" level of Americans but in the "medium" level of Thais, if that makes sense.

Anyway, name some curry dishes instead of curry, in general. Curry is too broad to talk about as there's too much stuff.

I like creamy, slightly sweet curries. Like some Kormas. I don't like food spicy.
