This movie sub-forum is better than the other, less assatry. So yes.

Um I actually intended to create this in the MD forum lol, and I did search for "Prometheus" before creating - there was none.

Looks interesting that trailer. I wonder if the Aliens were created or modified in a laboratory or something. There seem to be some metal versions of alien eggs on the floor...

From what I heard outlined in that leaked script,

you're not so far from the truth. If correct we see that form that the aliens were originally, and they end up 'mutating' into the larger forms that we are familiar with from 6 inch spiderish versions, til they face hug a space jockey and the 1st big ass queen is born of it.

i have fears with this.. i didn't even see an alien in the trailer...

not sure yet until i see more

I merged the two threads together and moved it into the MDF.

The MDF is far busier than the Sci-Fi forum, so it seems logical.

I kept expecting to see a shot of the xenomorph when the trailer looked like it was finishing, like a shrieking alien pouncing onto the camera or something, but it never happened. I think they are just keeping the fans in suspense. Still six months away, I'm sure there will be other trailers.

It's not even sure we will GET xenomorphs.

i hope so... i do like a few cast members but I'm not sure if that will help..

Would tie in nicely to the derelict spaceship scene in Alien with the Space Jockey and the eggs.

A trailer for the Alien prequel, I thought it wasn't gonna have anything to do with Alien but it has a lot to do with it, I geekasmed soooo much at the references and a few other things
