Liu Siu-jian ( KOTD) vs Bourne

One starts on the main level and the other on top floor.

Who wins?

Close fight. Liu has the actual KOTD move. But I can't see he achieving it on Jason.
Melee wise I'm undecided.

Skill-wise they're close, but Liu is faster and hits harder. He's also just as good with using his environment (makeshift weaponry). Damage soak goes to Bourne though.

All in all, I'd give it to Liu. His speed and strength IMO will eventually overwhelm Bourne.
