Thor and everyone is a statue to Superman after the moon reconstruction feat.

Another thing, Thor is shown consistently weaker physically than Hulk, someone no where near as strong as Superman. Without his hammer, he couldn't even destroy a country physically

2. What do you mean by "and such"? What else is there besides speed (strength and durability already implicit). Fighting skill? Intangibility? Supersenses?

I see Supes likely winning both scenarios. Cue sticks break; speed kills. Surfer survives though with the most intact face (a few dents); Thor and Orion celebrate the fights afterward with drinks; Maxam seeks a better publicity agent.
