Spiderman vs Deathstroke/Midnighter

CIS is off for Spiderman only.

Team gets standard gear and the fight takes place in newyork city but there aren't any innocents around.

Plus he has Vibranium (anti metal) "Spider Tracers" actually they just look like Tracers but they're more or less projectiles to dissolve metal.

EDIT: Maybe it's Reversium and not Vibranium, Reversium is artificial Vibranium made by one of the think tank members.
