any match with ambrose is tough to call because he has such limited showing. based on his ability to slow time in his area and affect reality on a whole, i'd give him the wins. his 'death' was never really explained, but his power was pretty awesome.

Either he gets both of them in his field, and wins as they're too disoriented to fight back, or misses one, and loses.
