Xavier walked around for quite some time before ending up in the chair.

Also, Xavier has gone back and forth between the chair and walking. I don't remember but I believe he can walk, currently.

Magneto's costume looks very 60's. This film looks just as bad as Wolverine Origins.

The picture of them all together didn't look that bad, maybe a bit showy but okay. The pic of Magneto alone contained a good Magneto helmet but it was a bad match-up with the costume, which looks cheap.

I assume that again they take inspiration from the Ultimate universe. In which I believe Xavier was paralyzed by Magneto after they had a falling out.

Adaptations don't have to be shot for shot remakes of comics, you can just read the comic again if you want that. I think this has potential, but at the moment I am not sure if I believe it will be good.
