Why do people say that Mewtwos so strong?

OK he is rather powerful, but really, so many people seem to over exagurate his feats. World destroying powers? Impeitrable shield? All he did was conger a storm, he never said it was world destroying; and just because he has a shield, doesn't make it inpenitrable.

This is an interesting fight. Not sure who would win.

To an extent you are right, mostly because people wank the storm to all hell.

Impenetrable shield though? Not heard that claim.

Apparently somebody didn't watch the 1st movie and wrong place for this thread. I don't think there was one is even needed for this question.

WOW. I went back and looked at one of the scenes from the movie. It was ****ing stupid. 🙁

Edit: Mewtwo was planning on destroying the planet with his storm but I don't think the size of it was revealed. Or how long it would take.
