this is not a prepped fight, just a random encounter...of course each combatant knows of the others powers etc, but without prep or plot device i dont see how doom could trump him for the majority

Pretty much. I mean, he has Nosferatu vamps in his castle, so I believe all of his regular armors have anti-vampire stuff.

Funny thing is in Dracs case that's true, Doom has pieces of the original cross build in his armor.
