The Anime versions in the series Street Fighter V could see lines of influence eminating from parts of their opponents bodies.
Lines coming from knees feet fists etc which allowed the Shotokan Bros to see where the opponent would strike and land next. It's just a matter of Speed Strength and Power after that.

Later in the final fight of the series after Ken unleashed a huge dragon rising attack on Bison.
Ryu discovered that his Chi could harness and negate Bison's Psycho Force. And eventually had beaten Bison up shortly after.
Ken and Ryu in Street Fighter Alpha the movie were bullet dodgers and had impressive strength. And Ryu unleashed the Dark Hadon in it unleashing a massive Chi attack.

I'm only familiar with the UDON DDP comic, and Iron Fist and Shang-Chi stomp em. Not sure about the anime, but I would say as a rule any character who's movements can be fallowed by my eyes would get blitzed by any top tier street.

Cammy kicks her like 20-30 feet in the air, lands, brushes herself off after being inspired by a photo of her father, then does a Kikosho that wrecks *multiple* cars and the ground underneath them. Cammy's hurt but not KOed by all of this.
So they've got some killer stats.
I never understood why people consider them to be under high street. Maybe it's the name. They are definitely more powerful than Marvel/DC Streets. Except maybe Dan. Even in 2v when they were teens they managed to parry tons of projectiles with no trouble. From multiple people, at the same time. Definitely Meta.
