Agreed. Both are, for all intents and purposes, Thing-level bricks. Just because they Chi-amp to achieve it doesn't make them fighting guys like Richard Dragon any less silly.

Mandarin hits anyone on team 2 and they're down, considering with one shot he's ripped open Iron Man suits...

Without all the chi amping, Team 1 still win, but it's very close.

Temugin > Bronze Tiger & David Cane

Steve Rogers >= Deathstroke (this would be an extended confrontation)

Gamora & Ironfist > Val (as we last saw him) Val Prime potentially one shots alot of the field, so it would come down to Temugin and Mandarin and maybe Danny Rand vs Val Prime, im inclined to think that no matter how many "Val went h2h with Superboy" are thrown out, this trio could take him.

Taskmaster is free to jump in and out of each squabble and lend a hand , he makes a difference to this really does go to marvel.

Countdown Val? I forgot that Geoff also created a new Val in LO3W, but hardly has any feats. I think this is much closer, but Val tips it in DC's favor.

Countdown Val did beat Bruce until Black Lightning stepped in, plus he just woke up from a coma. He was ranked 15, while Bruce was ranked 12 or something. No telling what he would have done once he got all his memories back.

Plus once he was fully awake, he took it to Equus and was quick enough to dodge lightning point blank.

He's faster than lightning (impressive)

or

He guessed a direction to dodge and was already in a different place from where the lightning was aimed for BEFORE the lightning was fired. (not that impressive, but not farfetched for an uber MA)

It can't be both, but i havnt seen a scan, so..meh.

That's likely what it was, but it looked like he got hit, because of the art. Yet, he was still ok. When someone asked how he survived being hit, he said I ducked or something. Still impressive and i haven't seen your average street do something like that.
