monica fights 99% of the time in energy form. lights out for her. Mjolnir is taking her down for the count. she'd be the first to go. then to end the fight early since he is not one to kill, he uses one of his patented omni blast to ko the weaker avengers. whoever is left prolly hulk/wonderman, he finishes.
Monica is lightspeed while morphed, with everyone jumping on him Thor isn't going to dispose of her quickly. Thor doesn't have the initiative with a team of speedsters and outnumbered with heavy hitters and Iron Man (fully capable of unleashing sonics or anything just to distract him).
Don't get me wrong, Thor can win some, but he's at heavy disadvantage here.

Even if Thor is still a bit stronger than Rulk, nobody is going to get in a pissing contest about it since clearly Rulk was absolutely wrecked in that fight with Hood, and any slight strength advantage Thor has wouldn't matter. Plus it would be unprofessional when they are in the middle of a crisis.
Now, couldn't some of the bricks hold Thor for a moment while lightspeed Monica goes for a full powered, super high intensity pencil-thin laser beam through the brain trick?

it depends how we treat thor here and the personality.
him holding back not wishing to harm them is an invitation for them to take the initiative ans even beat him b4 he gos all angry god mode.
if we use the warrior personality and views the as his enemies he can take the team b4 they mount an effective attack
